Egyptian startups Qualiphi and Tick & Talk, both Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship fellows, are partnering to help university students build communication and soft skills for the workplace.
Under the collaboration, Tick & Talk will integrate Speekr.ai, its AI-powered roleplay engine, into Qualiphi’s career services platform. The integration will give students practical exercises, personalized feedback and a more hands-on way to prepare for job interviews and workplace communication.
The partnership was signed at The British University in Egypt, where both companies were founded by alumni. Qualiphi says its platform currently supports more than 500,000 students and graduates across 40 universities, connecting them with career resources and employers.
