Damascus-based startup Sammaali has won first place in the Scale Up Damascus entrepreneurship program and competition, following six weeks of training, workshops and regular evaluations, the company said.
The startup presented its project during the final demo day alongside 22 other teams. According to the announcement, Sammaali also attracted the highest level of investor interest and received recognition from the judging panel and attendees.
The team said the award reinforces the project’s market and technical viability and will support its continued product development and growth.
