Zoho has launched its point-of-sale software across the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait, expanding Zoho POS across the Gulf after its debut in Saudi Arabia at the end of 2025.
The solution is designed for retail businesses and combines billing, inventory, customer management and omnichannel operations in one platform. According to the company, retailers can set it up within hours and require limited technical training.
Zoho POS offers native billing applications for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android, including offline functionality for connectivity disruptions. Retailers can also use mobile POS tools to operate additional checkout counters during busy periods.
The platform includes inventory and vendor management, transaction tracking and business reporting. It supports Arabic interfaces, right-to-left functionality and Arabic invoice printing, along with configurable VAT settings for applicable GCC markets.
Zoho POS integrates with Zoho Books, Shopify, Zoho Commerce, WhatsApp, Twilio and logistics platforms including AfterShip, UPS, USPS and EasyShip. The company said the platform is DESC certified in the UAE and CST registered in Saudi Arabia.
