Innovation for Change’s Middle East and North Africa Hub (I4C MENA Hub) has opened applications for subgrants supporting civil society organisations across the region through its AI and Digital Resilience Programme.
The programme offers four micro grants worth $2,000–$4,500 each and four small grants worth $7,000–$10,000 each. Micro grants are designed for internal digital resilience projects, including cybersecurity audits and AI governance policies. Small grants will support local digital pilots, such as civic technology prototypes and AI-supported awareness campaigns.
Eligible initiatives can focus on AI adoption, digital transformation, cybersecurity, digital resilience, responsible AI governance and related organisational needs. According to the announcement, grant recipients will also receive mentoring, technical support, specialised training and access to a regional community of practice.
The wider programme includes online co-design workshops in Arabic, training across three thematic tracks and monthly peer-learning sessions. It is scheduled to run through December 2026.
The application deadline is August 30, 2026.
