Saudi fintech Nayla has secured nearly $18 million in combined equity and debt financing in its Pre-Series A round, according to an announcement by Idrisi Ventures, which led the equity investment.

The round included participation from Suhail Ventures and other strategic investors, while a debt facility was led by Bloominvest. Nayla is licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to provide digital financing to the Kingdom’s micro businesses.

Founded in 2025, Nayla uses a proprietary credit engine based on alternative data to assess financing needs in a segment that remains underserved by traditional lenders. The company provides Sharia-compliant financing solutions for micro businesses and freelancers in Saudi Arabia.

The financing will support Nayla as it scales its platform and expands access to capital for small operators. The company was founded by Shaqran Alyahya and Khalid Naili.
