Saudi Arabia’s Pinnacle Growth & Secondary Fund has invested in Carly, a Saudi automotive commerce platform, through a combination of primary and secondary shares. The financial terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 2026 by Faisal Raza, Carly operates a digital platform for automotive transactions in Saudi Arabia and serves a growing customer base. The company previously raised a $1M investment round in 2023.
According to the announcement, the investment will support Carly’s next phase of growth and expansion in Saudi Arabia’s automotive and mobility market. Pinnacle said the deal reflects its strategy of backing growth-stage companies through flexible structures that include primary investments and secondary share purchases.
