Capstone Real Estate has partnered with Keyper to introduce monthly rent payments for eligible tenants in Abu Dhabi, offering an alternative to traditional bulk rent cheques.
The property management company will integrate Keyper’s Rent Now, Pay Monthly digital solution into its Abu Dhabi operations. The system is designed to give tenants more flexibility in managing rental commitments through monthly, quarterly or semi-annual instalments.
According to the announcement, Capstone will be the first property management company in Abu Dhabi to implement Keyper’s system. Keyper will support the activation and rollout of the platform in the emirate.
The companies said the partnership will provide tenants with more accessible payment options while giving landlords and property managers digital tools for rent collection. The system will be available to eligible Capstone tenants, although the announcement did not provide details on eligibility criteria, fees, covered properties or access dates.
