Dubai is pushing AI adoption deeper into business operations, with new initiatives focused on automation, AI infrastructure and collaboration between AI agents.
The announcements came as the third Dubai AI Festival concluded on October 27 at Dubai World Trade Centre. The two-day event brought together technology companies, investors, policymakers and entrepreneurs.
Dubai Chambers launched Chamber AI Hub, an AI marketplace offering 22 specialized agents across seven functions, including compliance, procurement, finance, sales, human resources and logistics. Businesses can use the tools to review contracts, assess suppliers, match invoices and screen candidates. The platform targets more than 295,000 private-sector companies in Dubai, with plans to expand to 100 agents within two years. It supports Arabic and English, and hosts business data in the UAE.
US-based Scale AI also formally established its UAE operations at the Dubai International Financial Centre. The company said it will support AI evaluation, governance and Arabic-language systems, while helping local teams develop relevant skills.
Dubai-based Soika Labs opened early access to its Mockingjay Network, which enables companies to build and connect AI agents for tasks such as recruitment, marketing, procurement and real estate operations. The early-access program is initially available to UAE residents and includes 5,000 complimentary credits. The company plans a wider launch in December.
