FlexxPay Gives Saudi Employees Early Access to Earned Salaries and Commissions

1 Min Read

Saudi and UAE-based fintech FlexxPay provides employees with early access to income they have already earned instead of waiting until their regular payday.

The Shariah-compliant platform allows employees to view their accumulated earnings through its app and withdraw a portion of their salary based on the number of days they have worked since their previous paycheck.

FlexxPay also supports commission-based employees, allowing companies to make earned commissions available earlier rather than requiring sales teams to wait for monthly or quarterly payouts.

The company has also explored extending its earned wage access model to pensions and end-of-service benefits.

FlexxPay works with employers to integrate the service into their payroll processes, while employees can access funds through the app without submitting individual salary advance requests to HR.

Founded in 2018, FlexxPay previously raised $4.5M in funding, including a $3M pre-Series A, to develop its technology and expand its corporate customer base across the region.
