Bahrain-based digital auction and marketplace platform Mazad has partnered with Reboot Coding Institute to create a hiring pipeline for local technology talent.
The agreement gives Mazad early access to Reboot’s graduating cohorts and a structured way to assess and recruit learners and graduates for engineering, data and product roles. Mazad is a portfolio company of Mumtalakat, while Reboot operates through the global 01 Edu network.
As part of the partnership, Mazad will engage with Reboot cohorts through campus sessions, technical challenges and recruitment opportunities. Available roles will be shared through Mazad’s website and official channels.
The initiative supports Mazad’s plan to strengthen its technology teams with Bahraini professionals as it expands its platform. According to the announcement, Reboot’s project-based programme is designed around solving real-world problems, giving graduates a direct route into technology careers.
Mazad CEO Nezar Habib said the company was looking forward to adding Bahraini engineers who had completed Reboot’s programme. Reboot Managing Director Yanal Jallad said the partnership showed that the institute’s training aligned with the needs of Bahrain’s technology sector.
