Technopark Maroc has shared highlights from the first Boost Up Lab bootcamp held in Casablanca on September 4 and 5, bringing together the programme’s Casablanca cohort.
The two-day session focused on helping participants understand the problem they are addressing before building a solution. Participants worked on defining their target users, examining the causes and consequences of the problem, reviewing existing solutions and shaping their value propositions.
They also identified critical assumptions to test and prepared initial Prototype or MVP testing plans. According to Technopark Maroc, the cohort left with clearer value propositions, a set of key hypotheses and concrete next steps for testing their projects in the market.
The bootcamp combined teamwork, coaching, discussions and project presentations. The organisation said Boost Up Lab will continue rolling out in other cities across Morocco, with further stages to be announced.
