The Ashar Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ACIE) at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) has concluded its Validation Sprint 2026 program with a Demo Day featuring nine technology startups.
Held on the university campus, the event brought together university officials, faculty members, students, entrepreneurship ecosystem partners, mentors, trainers and startup community representatives. The participating startups presented their projects and solutions, highlighting their progress throughout the program.
According to the announcement, the teams took part in eight core training sessions, along with one-on-one meetings and specialised support tailored to each startup’s needs.
USEK First Vice President Shadi Karam said ACIE helps reduce uncertainty during the early stages of company building by connecting founders with relevant expertise, supporting idea validation and providing access to the university’s academic and scientific resources.
ACIE Director Nancy Saliba said the center’s role extends beyond training to helping entrepreneurs test ideas, develop their projects, expand their networks and access new opportunities.
