RiseUp and NVIDIA have brought Egyptian startup founders, developers, industry executives, academics and other technology stakeholders together for an AI Ecosystem Reception in Cairo.
The gathering focused on opportunities for AI development and collaboration in Egypt. NVIDIA senior executives Paolo Guglielmini, Vice President for EMEA, and Marc Domenech, Regional Vice President for the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Southern Europe, joined the event.
The reception follows the first NVIDIA SIGNALS session in Egypt, held at the Grand Egyptian Museum in July 2026. Organised by RiseUp, A15 and BitRoot, the session brought together more than 120 founders, investors and ecosystem leaders and connected Egyptian startups with NVIDIA’s startup ecosystem.
RiseUp said the reception marks the next stage of its ongoing collaboration with NVIDIA, with additional joint initiatives for the regional AI ecosystem planned in the coming months.
