Nephos and Brinc Offer Compliance Support to 250+ GCC Startups

1 Min Read

Nephos Group has partnered with venture accelerator Brinc to provide accounting, compliance, corporate structuring and tokenization support to more than 250 startups in Brinc’s portfolio across the GCC.

Through Brinc’s founder support program, portfolio companies can access guidance on cross-border tax planning, banking introductions, visas and corporate structures. Startups working on stablecoins, Web3 products and tokenized assets can also seek tokenization advice and proof-of-reserve attestations.

The partnership does not include a new investment fund, and financial terms were not disclosed. Instead, it adds professional services to the capital, mentoring and market support already provided by Brinc.

The companies also plan to hold workshops covering compliance readiness, reserve reporting, tokenization frameworks and cross-border structures. No schedule or initial list of participating startups has been announced.

The support comes as digital asset companies operating across Gulf markets face varying licensing, reserve, disclosure, tax and company-formation requirements. GCC-based stablecoin startups seeking U.S. users may also need to account for additional licensing, reserve, redemption, disclosure and anti-money laundering requirements under the U.S. framework.

According to the announcement, the partnership is designed to help founders address financial and compliance needs earlier as they build businesses across multiple markets.
