UAE-founded proptech Huspy has entered Italy after acquiring credit intermediary Integra Finance, alongside plans to invest $86 million (AED315 million) in building its mortgage finance and real estate business there. The acquisition price was not disclosed.
Founded in Dubai in 2020 by Jad Antoun and Ziad Nassar, Huspy provides AI-powered technology and services for real estate agents and mortgage brokers. Italy becomes its fourth market, alongside the UAE, Spain and Saudi Arabia, where it operates across 15 cities.
Integra Finance serves individuals, professionals and businesses across mortgages, personal and corporate financing, and salary- and pension-backed loans. It has more than 160 advisors and over 50 banking, financial and insurance partners. Its subsidiary, Bicher, also provides insurance services.
Huspy said it plans to combine Integra Finance’s local network with its technology and operating systems as it expands its Italian mortgage and real estate offering.
The deal is Huspy’s fifth acquisition in credit intermediation, following transactions including Home Matters in the UAE in 2021 and Mortgage Direct in Spain in 2023. The company said it plans to develop its Italian business while expanding further across Europe and MENA in 2026 and 2027.
