Saudi event-tech startup INVE has raised $300,000 from Outliers Venture Capital to expand its business platform and develop its consumer offering.
Founded in 2024 by Abdulrahman Al Abdulkarim, INVE started as a tool for managing wedding invitations and RSVPs before expanding to support a broader range of events. The company is now targeting corporate clients across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
According to the company, INVE has supported 250 events across more than 60 cities and towns in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries. The platform has sent more than 35,000 invitations and recorded an 88% RSVP rate.
INVE launched its business platform in August 2026. It provides invitation management, attendance registration and guest data tools, including branded registration pages, RSVP pages and digital entry passes. Organizers can also retain guest information such as dietary preferences and attendance history for future events.
The platform targets technology companies, venture capital firms, financial services providers and event agencies. Outliers had previously worked with INVE as a paid design partner, using the platform for invitations and guest communications under its own brand, including for its upcoming Builder Summit.
INVE said the funding will support broader adoption among individuals and businesses across the region. Its consumer product is available internationally, while customer acquisition is currently focused on Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, with longer-term plans to expand its corporate customer base into North Africa, other African markets and Europe.
