Orange Jordan has concluded its Private Sector Access to Support Startups (PASS) program, which supported 130 entrepreneurs through tailored training, mentoring and business guidance.

Implemented in partnership with the Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Economic Development and Employment (E4DE) project, the year-long program helped participating businesses address operational challenges, improve productivity and prepare for growth. According to the announcement, the support was adapted to each company’s needs and stage of development.

E4DE is implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in cooperation with Jordan’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, with support from Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union.

The program reached entrepreneurs in Amman, Irbid, Jerash, Mafraq, Karak and Aqaba. It also included specialized training for more than 85 entrepreneurship experts, covering mentoring responsibilities, communication, active listening, feedback and trust-building.

GIZ said the program reflects the value of combining tailored business support with long-term mentoring and private-sector connections. The organization added that entrepreneurs will continue to have opportunities to connect with experts beyond the program.
