Applicants can choose between two tracks. The Awareness Track focuses on learning about challenges and exploring how technology and innovation can support communities. Applications close on November 15, 2026.

The Innovation Challenge is for teams developing solutions related to digital violence and unsafe online spaces, access to appropriate sexual and reproductive health and rights information, or women’s economic opportunities and climate-resilient livelihoods. Team applications close on November 30, 2026.

According to the announcement, the programme will combine awareness sessions, No-Code/Low-Code training, a pre-hackathon bootcamp, the HerHack hackathon, pitching and potential incubation. Participants can receive mentorship, develop prototypes and strengthen their problem-solving and presentation skills.

The programme is open to university students, recent graduates, aspiring entrepreneurs, startup founders, designers, developers, community advocates and multidisciplinary teams. Applicants do not need to be technology experts. Activities are connected to Palestine TechnoPark in Birzeit, Ramallah.
