The Arabic-language directory covers camping locations across all six GCC countries, with maps, nearby water points and warnings for sites located in wadi beds.
Saudi startup EasyCarvan has launched a free online directory featuring 2,054 camping sites across the six Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, giving caravan owners and campers a central resource to discover locations and plan trips.
The directory includes 1,775 sites in Saudi Arabia, 127 in the UAE, 100 in Oman, 21 in Bahrain, 19 in Qatar and 12 in Kuwait. It is available in Arabic and can be accessed without registration.
Each listed location includes a map, information about nearby water points and a warning when a campsite is located in a wadi bed, where overnight stays can be dangerous during rainfall.
Founded in 2026 in Saihat, in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, EasyCarvan is building a broader platform for caravan owners and camping enthusiasts across the region.
Alongside the directory, the platform offers a caravan marketplace, a rental service with zero commission during its launch period, and a free solar and battery calculator to help owners estimate the power requirements of their caravan systems. It also features a library of 41 Arabic-language guides covering caravan ownership and camping.
“Camping in the Gulf runs on word of mouth and WhatsApp groups,” said Tariq, founder of EasyCarvan. “We wanted one place where a family can find a safe, legal spot, plan water and power, and find a caravan to buy or rent.”
The company says it is a verified store with the Saudi Business Center and serves users across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
The directory is available for free at easycarvan.com
