Egyptian AI-powered career development and recruitment platform Qualiphi has launched the Qualiphi Career Passport, a digital professional identity designed to connect verified skills, credentials and experience with employment opportunities.
The passport brings together academic qualifications, assessment results, technical and soft skills, projects, training, work experience and industry certifications. It also includes Skills Verification Certificates and is designed to evolve as users complete new learning and training experiences.
According to the company, credentials and assessments can be issued or validated by universities, training providers, professional institutions and employers. Qualiphi said the platform creates a multi-source record that identifies the organisation behind each credential and the verification process used.
The Career Passport is integrated with Qualiphi’s career assessments, competency frameworks, skills gap analysis and recommendations for education and professional development. Its Qualiphi Employer platform allows companies to assess and validate skills demonstrated during employment or training.
Founder and CEO Nevine Magdy said the launch builds on Qualiphi’s work in managing career development journeys. The company was previously selected as a core digital career services platform for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s “Be Ready” initiative.
Information sharing and credential verification are managed according to institutional permissions and user consent.
