From Podcast to Knowledge Hub
While launched in a podcast format, MIAH was built from the ground up as an integrated Arabic platform for entrepreneurship. The project goes beyond interviews, creating a full content ecosystem around each guest. This includes complete episodes, knowledge-based summaries, and analytical content highlighting key ideas, lessons, and leadership turning points, with the goal of creating a living library of regional business knowledge.
The platform focuses on documenting the transformation journeys of entrepreneurs, featuring both founders who built their ventures from scratch and leaders who drove strategic shifts within family businesses.
Archiving the Arab World’s Entrepreneurial Memory
Produced by Spot On Media Production, MIAH is establishing an archive for business leadership in the Arab world, preserving stories of success and challenges to inspire future generations. The initiative began in Bahrain with 20 episodes before expanding to Oman and Saudi Arabia as part of a wider regional tour. The platform’s long-term goal is to produce 1,000 episodes over the next four years, positioning itself as the largest Arabic-language resource for entrepreneurial stories.
Abdullah Elhami, Co-founder and Host of MIAH, commented on the vision: “We believed from the beginning that our Arab world does not lack great entrepreneurs, but rather the deep documentation of their journeys. That’s why we didn’t build MIAH as fleeting content, but as a platform that preserves the memory of Arab entrepreneurship. Our goal is for every Arab entrepreneur to find a story in MIAH that resembles them, inspires them, and pushes them forward.”
Safa Sharif, Co-founder, added that the project’s success is measured by its influence. “The real value isn’t just in reaching 100,000 subscribers, but in the kind of impact we leave. When someone tells you that one episode changed their perspective on their project or career path, you realize that what we’re building is bigger than numbers and views; we are building a long-term impact.”
