Saudi innovation and venture capital platform Blossom Accelerator has launched Blossom Capital, its formal investment arm, alongside a first portfolio of nine early-stage startups selected through its DominAIte platform.
The portfolio spans enterprise AI, cybersecurity, computer vision, healthtech, fintech, workforce management and retail technology. It includes UK-based Xybern, which is developing authorization infrastructure for enterprise AI agents, and Saudi retail data company Rintel. Egypt-based women’s health platform Daleela, which has more than 400,000 registered users, is also preparing to expand into Saudi Arabia.
Other portfolio companies are Vizioneer, Clinova, BYOND, Halala Plus, GigSA and Velezi. Their products cover real-time retail operations, clinical trial recruitment, autonomous retail, AI-powered personal finance, event staffing and workflow management for customer requests received through WhatsApp.
According to the announcement, Blossom Capital will invest in Saudi companies with regional and international ambitions, while helping international startups establish or expand operations in Saudi Arabia. Support will extend beyond capital to business development, market entry, pilot opportunities, technical resources and strategic partnerships.
DominAIte is supported by the National Technology Development Program. Blossom said it has run more than 150 programs, supported over 4,000 entrepreneurs and startups, facilitated more than $250M in funding and investments, and helped more than 500 international startups enter the Saudi market.
