Dubai-based technology company AIC DWC-LLC is expanding naviflow.ai, an AI-powered shipment operations platform for importers, exporters, traders and distributors.
Backed by BY Venture Partners, AIC said the platform is designed to bring shipment visibility, documents, communication and team coordination into one workspace. It uses purpose-built AI to help logistics teams identify what needs attention across their operations.
Naviflow targets companies in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, commodities and international trading. The platform addresses shipment processes that are often spread across emails, spreadsheets, documents, carrier platforms and multiple internal and external teams.
According to AIC, naviflow.ai is built on more than two decades of international trade experience. David Massaad, AIC’s head of marketing, said the platform aims to reduce the manual follow-up involved in international shipments by bringing operational work into one place.
AIC is headquartered in Dubai. Its portfolio also includes Mecatera, a B2B marketplace for containerized industrial raw materials such as polymers and chemicals.
