Ignyte has opened applications for the SME Resilience & Innovation Challenge, inviting startups and innovators to develop digital tools that help small and medium-sized businesses manage disruption and improve liquidity.

The challenge has two tracks: ResilienceTech, covering areas such as AI-powered supply chain digital twins, modular ERP systems and automated scenario planning; and Creating Liquidity, focused on dynamic discounting, smart-contract escrow, tokenized revenue and AI-enabled treasury management.

Applicants must submit a product concept, technology integration roadmap, pilot plan and success metrics. Shortlisted teams will be invited to Demo Day. Solutions must support 100% digital integration, scale across du’s base of more than 40,000 SME customers and include a pilot involving at least 150 du SME partners.

The submission deadline is Friday, October 9, 2026. According to the announcement, selected teams will receive exposure through the Ignyte Innovation Hub stand at the Dubai AI Festival, profiling across the du and Ignyte ecosystem and introductions. Teams will retain ownership of their intellectual property.
