Injaz Oman Marks 20 Years of Youth Empowerment, Names Student Company Winners

Injaz Oman has marked 20 years of supporting young Omanis in entrepreneurship, innovation and workforce readiness, while announcing the winners of its 2025-2026 Company Program and competition.

The organisation said its programmes have reached around 500,000 beneficiaries over the past two decades, including approximately 100,000 in the past year. The initiative has also supported the creation of more than 350 student companies and over 1,000 jobs.

This year’s competition attracted more than 350 student companies. Twenty-two finalists from schools, colleges and universities competed for awards including Best Student Company, Best Innovative Product, Best Sustainable Product and Best Video Advertisement.

In the schools category, Shouma won Best Student Company, Mahlool received Best Innovative Product, and Heat Harvest won Best Sustainable Product. Among university teams, Hydrogenix won Best Student Company, Sidara took Best Innovative Product, and Madar won Best Sustainable Product. Tamhen received the Best Video Advertisement award.

The ceremony was held at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, with Abdul Salam Al-Murshidi, chairman of the Oman Investment Authority, serving as patron.
