Kuwait International Innovation and AI Competition Names 60 Winners from 20 Countries

The fourth Kuwait International Competition for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence and Technology has named 60 winners from 20 countries, according to an announcement by Dr. Hanadi Mubarak Al Mubarki, founder of Ecosystem Management and Economic Consultancy and chair of the award.

The 2026 edition brought together 600 experts and covered six categories focused on advanced technology and artificial intelligence. Winners received medals, certificates of recognition and awards.

Al Mubarki said international innovation competitions are evolving beyond traditional award ceremonies into strategic tools that support digital economies. She highlighted their potential to help turn creative ideas and patents into startups, market-ready products and investment opportunities.

The competition’s expected impact also includes supporting technology-led companies, encouraging research and development, creating jobs and addressing challenges in areas such as health, education and the environment. The announcement said the programme also gives participants international recognition and opportunities to build strategic connections.

A dinner and awards ceremony will take place in Kuwait at 7:00 p.m. on October 12, 2026, under the patronage of Dr. Tareq Hamad Al-Jalhama, Minister of State for Youth and Sports Affairs.
