Abu Dhabi-based health company M42 is adopting Oracle Health Data Intelligence to bring clinical, genomic and real-world patient data together across its healthcare network.
The platform will integrate with Oracle Health Foundation EHR and support chronic disease management, population health programmes and precision care. M42 plans to begin deployment through its diabetes programmes, where the data could help identify health trends earlier and support more personalised treatment.
The move builds on a partnership launched last year, when M42 and Oracle created unified longitudinal patient records across the UAE healthcare ecosystem. That initiative integrated Emirati Genome Programme data into electronic health records, making pharmacogenomic information available to clinicians for personalised treatment pathways.
According to the announcement, Oracle’s platform will also give clinicians and researchers tools to analyse large datasets, helping them explore disease patterns, correlations and risk factors. The initiative will be governed by data, digital and AI principles designed to support secure and regulatory-compliant data management.
M42 was formed in 2023 through the merger of G42 Healthcare and Mubadala Health. The company operates more than 480 facilities in 26 countries and has over 20,000 employees.
