Msheireb Properties has signed a strategic partnership with Inc. Arabia to organise business and innovation events at Msheireb Downtown Doha, strengthening the district’s role as a meeting point for entrepreneurs, business leaders and innovators in Qatar.
The partnership will include the second regional edition of the Downtown Tech Summit on November 17, building on the inaugural event held in 2025. The organisations will also launch the Best in Business Awards in Qatar for the first time on November 18, recognising companies and leaders from across the region.
The awards have previously been held in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The partners also plan to announce a competition for local companies, emerging entrepreneurs and startups at a later stage.
According to the announcement, the collaboration will also spotlight people, companies and ideas contributing to Qatar’s economic development. Inc. Arabia is the regional edition of Inc. magazine and is published by 7awi Media Group.
Ali Mohammed Al-Kuwari, CEO of Msheireb Properties, said the partnership would help create opportunities for networking, knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Anas Abbar, co-founder and CEO of 7awi Media Group, said the events would highlight Qatar’s entrepreneurs, innovators and business leaders.
