Sarj Signs Multiple AI Partnerships During Money20/20

Saudi AI company Sarj signed a series of partnerships during Money20/20 Middle East focused on conversational AI, workflow automation and financial services.

Sarj signed an agreement with Sukuk Capital to integrate AI into digital financing services, with the aim of supporting financing journeys, repayment processes, application tracking and the automation of related procedures.

The company also signed an MoU with TASAMA to provide conversational AI-powered solutions and explore technical integrations designed to improve communication efficiency and customer experience.

Another agreement with Qarar will use conversational AI to support decision-making and debt collection, helping customers manage these processes more efficiently.

Sarj also partnered with SiFi to combine conversational AI with workflow automation, helping businesses streamline procedures linked to financial services.

The agreements expand Sarj’s use of AI across financial services, customer engagement and operational workflows.
