Saudi Arabia’s Azm Launches Five AI Employees Across Its Operations

1 Min Read

Saudi technology company Azm Information Technology has launched a system of five AI employees designed to support its corporate operations, from business analysis and project quality assurance to talent acquisition, executive decision-making and IT services.

The AI employees work alongside staff through internal communication channels and email. According to the company, the system runs on infrastructure it owns and keeps company data, project information and AI models within its private systems.

The roles include monitoring software projects across four development centres, screening candidates and coordinating interviews, turning customer requirements into technical documents, preparing operational and performance reports for executives, and handling IT support requests.

Azm said the system has reduced the time employees spend on routine tasks by more than 30%, while improving service quality and speeding up the development of complex systems. The company described the initiative as part of its wider effort to integrate AI into daily operations and support Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation.
