IKEA Bahrain has signed a strategic agreement with Bahrain-based HR technology company Lumofy to support talent development through an AI-powered digital platform.
According to the announcement, the platform links employee performance, skills and future development, helping organisations use data to guide workforce decisions and strengthen talent readiness.
Lumofy describes its platform as an ecosystem for measuring performance, developing critical skills and aligning workforce capabilities with business priorities.
