Telnet Holding Posts 22% Profit Growth as International Revenue Reaches 97%

Tunisian technology and engineering group Telnet Holding reported higher revenue and profitability in the first half of 2026, while continuing to expand its international operations.

The group generated TND 44M ($15.2M) in revenue during the six months ending June 30, up 3.4% from TND 42.5M during the same period in 2025.

Operating profit increased 32% to TND 5.7M, while consolidated net profit rose 22% to TND 5.3M. Net profit attributable to the group reached TND 4.9M, compared with TND 4M a year earlier.

International markets continued to account for most of Telnet’s business, generating TND 42.4M, or around 97% of total revenue, compared with approximately TND 1.3M from Tunisia.

The company ended June with TND 18.5M in cash and cash equivalents, up from TND 17.6M six months earlier, while operating cash flow reached around TND 1.8M.

Telnet also continued its expansion in Africa after launching Telnet West Africa in Nigeria in January 2026, extending the Tunisian group’s presence into one of the continent’s largest markets.

Telnet Holding operates across technology, engineering and high-value technical services, with the majority of its business generated outside Tunisia.
