Value Makers Studio (VMS) and MINT by EGBANK have partnered to help Egyptian startups enter and expand in Saudi Arabia, creating a direct link between founders in Egypt and the Kingdom’s startup ecosystem.
Under the agreement, VMS will serve as MINT Incubator’s regional partner for Saudi Arabia. It will provide participating startups with market-entry support, regulatory guidance, access to Saudi business networks and a dedicated Saudi Arabia Regional Expansion Track.
VMS will also facilitate Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia (MISA) investor registration for the top three startups selected from the cohort. All participating startups will receive access to more than $200,000 in software and technology benefits, including cloud credits and SaaS tools through VMS’s partner network.
The Saudi expansion component of MINT’s curriculum will cover market readiness, company establishment pathways, regulatory requirements and relevant government platforms. VMS will also support mentorship, guest speakers, and regional media and marketing activities.
According to the announcement, the partnership will give VMS opportunities to mentor participating founders and explore potential collaboration and investment, while MINT will extend software benefits to VMS portfolio companies and its startup network.
