The Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (ZHO) has signed a collaboration agreement with the e-commerce platform Royal Level Fashion to boost economic empowerment for entrepreneurs with disabilities. The partnership aims to provide People of Determination with a specialized digital platform to sell their products to local and global markets, helping them build sustainable businesses and achieve financial independence.

A Platform for Economic Independence
Under the agreement, signed by Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary-General of ZHO, and Rashid Jassim Al Zaabi, CEO of Royal Level Fashion, the platform will waive all registration fees, subscriptions, and sales commissions for entrepreneurs nominated by ZHO.
Royal Level Fashion will create independent e-stores for the participants and provide the necessary technical and administrative support to manage their online operations and orders. The platform will also feature a dedicated digital space to showcase products from People of Determination, integrating them into its mainstream promotional and marketing campaigns to ensure visibility.
This initiative is designed to equip participants with modern tools to professionally market their products through digital channels, enhancing their competitiveness in the fast-growing e-commerce sector.
Building Skills for a Digital Economy
Beyond market access, the collaboration includes a significant focus on professional and digital upskilling. Both organizations will work together to develop training programs that prepare People of Determination to manage their online businesses effectively.
The training will cover key areas like e-commerce project management and the use of digital commerce tools, aiming to improve their readiness for the job market and increase the success rate of their entrepreneurial ventures. ZHO will be responsible for nominating qualified candidates from its network to benefit from the platform’s services.

Abdullah Al Humaidan emphasized the strategic importance of the agreement in building a comprehensive system for sustainable economic empowerment.
