New Growth’Act+ Program to Propel Deep Tech Startups With €750K Funding in Tunisia

Applications are now open for Growth’Act+, a new advanced acceleration program in Tunisia designed to propel later-stage startups in the GreenTech, AI, and BioTech sectors towards significant international expansion. The program, launched by WIKISTARTUP, is distinguished by its offer of an average investment ticket of €750,000.

The initiative is backed by the New Era Fund, which is implemented by UGFS NA in partnership with Smart Capital and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) Tunisie.


Program Overview

Growth’Act+ is a high-intensity, six-month program for startups that are primed and ready to scale globally. It offers a unique dual focus:

  1. Assisting Tunisian startups in their expansion into international markets.
  2. Providing a soft-landing for international startups looking to use Tunisia as a strategic hub for growth into Africa and Europe.

The program is structured to provide deep, hands-on support in finalizing an international go-to-market strategy, preparing for investment, and executing concrete expansion plans.

Growth’Act+ offers a comprehensive and high-value package for ambitious startups. Key benefits include:

  • Substantial Funding: Access to an average investment ticket of €750,000, uniquely structured with two-thirds in Euros and one-third in Tunisian Dinars to support both local and international operations.
  • International Go-To-Market: A structured program focused on building and executing an international expansion strategy, including international missions, participation in global events, and strategic B2B meetings.
  • Investment Readiness: Intensive preparation for future funding rounds and direct introductions to a wide network of local and international investors.
  • High-Level Expertise: Access to WIKISTARTUP’s network of over 300 national and international experts and specialized mentors.

Eligibility

This program is for established startups, not for ideas. Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Operate in the GreenTech, BioTech, or Artificial Intelligence sectors.
  • Generate a minimum annual revenue of €50,000.
  • Have at least one point of existing international traction (e.g., a foreign client, a partner).
  • Demonstrate strong potential and a clear commitment to international growth.
