Dubai-based real estate firm RRS Development has announced a landmark collaboration with Italian football legend Paolo Maldini for a new $100 million hotel project, the NH Collection La Vie Dubai. The property will be located in the vibrant Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2025.

The NH Collection La Vie Dubai, which will be operated by Minor Hotels, is designed to be a premier destination in one of Dubai’s most sought-after locations. The hotel will feature 265 rooms and suites, many offering panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Ain Dubai.
Guests will have access to a range of premium amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool, an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby café, a fully-equipped gym, and a salon. The hotel will also cater to corporate clients with dedicated conference and meeting spaces, enhancing its appeal for both leisure and business travelers. The project aims to capture the essence of the NH Collection brand, which is known for its distinctive character and prime urban locations.
