ROSHN Group, a real estate giga-project owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), has announced the establishment of the Roshn Civil Foundation. The new non-profit entity is designed to support sustainable community development and elevate the quality of life across Saudi communities.

A Strategic Push for Social Impact
The new foundation will be chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, with a board comprising executive leaders from ROSHN Group and independent experts. Its primary objective is to formulate a comprehensive strategy for managing and developing public services and facilities, including mosques, parks, and schools, while establishing a framework for organized and sustainable social work.
This initiative reflects ROSHN Group’s long-term vision to invest in public infrastructure and create practical solutions that boost social engagement and impact. By doing so, the foundation aims to build an attractive environment for residents, contribute to economic diversification, and generate new employment opportunities.
Fostering Cross-Sector Collaboration
Roshn Civil Foundation will operate in partnership with the public, private, and non-profit sectors, as well as community members. A key part of its strategy involves activating assets and facilities within the communities and projects developed by ROSHN Group, ensuring they are utilized according to best practices in sustainability.
The foundation also plans to launch a series of social programs and initiatives centered on community development, environmental conservation, and the promotion of volunteer work throughout the Kingdom.
