As the UAE doubles down on building its sovereign AI capabilities, a new strategic partnership is set to accelerate the development of the nation’s digital backbone. Core42, a G42 company focused on sovereign cloud infrastructure, has joined forces with AI-powered shared services firm Solutions+ to deploy secure and scalable digital infrastructure for government and enterprise clients.

Building a Sovereign AI Foundation
The agreement, announced at the Make it in the Emirates forum in Abu Dhabi, establishes a clear framework for delivering cloud, data, and AI services. Under the deal, Core42 will act as the core infrastructure provider for companies within the Mubadala Group portfolio and various Abu Dhabi government organizations.
Solutions+ will take on the role of primary implementation and data services partner. The firm will use Core42’s in-country AI infrastructure through its Compass API to power the WEAVE AI platform. This gives enterprise clients access to large language models (LLMs) and essential GPU compute power within a sovereign and compliant digital environment.
Accelerating Enterprise and Government Adoption
This collaboration creates a structured delivery model designed to speed up AI adoption for large, complex organizations across the UAE. In addition to its primary implementation role, Solutions+ will also serve as the lead partner for Oracle Fusion and OCI services for a select group of enterprise clients, aiming to enhance governance and delivery efficiency.
