The Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC), part of the IT Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), is seeking qualified training providers or consortia to manage and deliver its “InnovEgypt” capacity-building program. This unique program is designed to equip university students and recent graduates in ICT-related fields with essential skills in innovation, design thinking, and entrepreneurship, preparing them to launch startups or excel in the corporate world.

Program Overview

InnovEgypt 2026 follows a blended learning approach consisting of 45 total hours. The program is structured into three parts:

  1. Part 1: 5-hour pre-course self-study.
  2. Part 2: 12-hour interactive face-to-face training (2 days).
  3. Part 3: 15-hour interactive online training (3 days). Additionally, participants complete 13 hours of self-study and assignments. The curriculum covers Innovation Management, Design Thinking deep dives integrated with AI, and Entrepreneurship essentials like the Business Model Canvas (BMC).

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

TIEC will evaluate proposals based on a 100-point technical score, requiring a minimum of 70 points to qualify for financial evaluation.

  • Company Experience (5 points): Proven track record in delivering innovation and entrepreneurship programs.
  • Course Content (20 points): Clarity and comprehensiveness of the proposed materials to meet learning objectives.
  • Trainer Qualifications (20 points): Trainers must have at least 7 years of experience. Coaches require 10 years of experience.
  • Learning Design (20 points): Balance of online vs. offline interaction and frequency of practical assignments.
  • Management Plan (15 points): Suitability of the execution plan and proposed software/tools, including a Learning Management System (LMS).
