The initiative will establish an integrated center for business incubation and innovation within the “Sustainable Egyptian Coexistence and Development Village” project in Sphinx New City. This center is envisioned as a central platform providing practical training, qualification, and hands-on guidance for young people, moving beyond theoretical education to immerse them in real-world development and production environments.
Strategic Focus on Future-Proof Skills
The incubator’s curriculum is tailored to equip participants with relevant market skills. Key program areas will include startup management, agricultural innovation and processing, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, and e-commerce. Additional tracks will focus on developing leadership capabilities, promoting volunteer work, and fostering community participation, ensuring a holistic approach to preparing a new generation of founders and leaders.
Building Ecosystem Partnerships
To create a supportive environment, the Afroland Foundation is actively building partnerships with universities, research centers, schools, and private sector companies.
