Jordan Kuwait Bank has signed a cooperation agreement with INJAZ Jordan to launch the “My Path to Success” programme, aimed at helping university students build skills and prepare for the workforce.
The programme is open to Jordanian university students aged 18 to 24 at public and private universities. It will run for nine to 12 months, covering registration, training, practical work, evaluation and follow-up.
Participants will receive training in entrepreneurship, leadership, financial literacy and project development, alongside mentoring from Jordan Kuwait Bank employees, interactive sessions and exposure to the business environment. The programme includes two tracks: Company Formation and My Entrepreneurial Project, taking participants from developing ideas to preparing business plans and presenting their projects.
According to the announcement, the initiative is part of the bank’s community responsibility strategy and builds on its long-term partnership with INJAZ Jordan. The two organisations said the programme will serve as a foundation for students interested in entrepreneurship and may prepare them to join INJAZ’s mySTARTUP business incubator.
The agreement was signed by Jordan Kuwait Bank’s Head of Banking Business, Zuhdi Al-Jayousi, and INJAZ Jordan CEO, Dima Al-Bibi.
