Inc. Arabia Names 60 Women of Influence For 2026 Across MENA

Inc. Arabia has unveiled its Women of Influence 2026 list, recognising 60 women leaders shaping entrepreneurship, technology, finance, healthcare, media, retail and government across the Middle East and North Africa.

The initiative received more than 300 nominations, three times the number submitted for the previous edition. Following the selection process, Inc. Arabia expanded the list from 30 women in earlier editions to 60 this year.

The 2026 honourees include CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs and innovators from organisations including the Abdullah Al Ghurair Foundation, Technology Innovation Institute, Mubadala, Network International, Snoonu, Careem, talabat, American Hospital Dubai, Aramco, Seagate Technology, Diageo MENA and Yango Group.

The special edition coincides with Emirati Women’s Day in August. Its cover features three Emirati leaders: Sarah Al Amiri, CEO of Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa); Hajar Bakhit Al Ketbi, director of government communications at the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment; and Ousha Alahbabi, founder and CEO of OBM Academy.

According to the announcement, the list highlights the growing role of women in driving innovation, economic growth and institutional change across the region.
