Egypt has launched a mobile application designed to simplify real estate transactions and make government services more accessible, including for Egyptians living abroad.

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly unveiled the platform during the opening of a new Premium Tax Services Center in New Alamein City. The application was developed in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is part of the government’s broader push to move public services online.

The launch comes as Egypt continues to reform its tax system and expand electronic services. Madbouly said the government is working to simplify procedures and improve customer service for citizens and investors, while also pursuing tax incentives and other measures to support the business environment.

Finance Minister Ahmed Kouchouk said the Ministry of Finance is focused on simplifying tax processes through an integrated electronic system. According to the announcement, automation is intended to encourage voluntary compliance, expand the taxpayer base and improve investor satisfaction.

Rasha Abdel Aal, head of the Egyptian Tax Authority, said the authority is seeking to build greater trust with taxpayers and improve service quality. Khaled Abdel Ghani, CEO of e.tax, said the company would support the center with electronic tax services, specialized teams and technical assistance, while using user feedback to improve delivery.
