Magna AI and Saudi-headquartered MBUZZ have partnered to provide AI infrastructure and enterprise transformation services across the Middle East and Africa.
The collaboration combines Magna AI’s AI enablement capabilities with MBUZZ’s expertise in compute, storage, networking and high-performance computing. The companies said they will support organisations moving AI projects from pilots into production.
Planned services include AI readiness assessments, transformation roadmaps, infrastructure integration, data and platform enablement, cybersecurity and the delivery of large-scale AI programmes. The partners also plan to develop AI data centre and “AI Factory” capabilities for model training, fine-tuning, inference and agentic AI applications.
These environments are expected to bring together computing, storage, networking, data and model pipelines, while incorporating security, governance, resilience and regulatory compliance.
Magna AI was established through a partnership between Trend Micro and Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company and is powered by NVIDIA technology. MBUZZ has an infrastructure integration presence in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Morocco.
Dr Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI, said the partnership is designed to help enterprises move from AI ambition to sustained business impact. MBUZZ Managing Director Fawwaz Alshammari said customers increasingly need infrastructure, integration and transformation services delivered together and supported locally.
The companies did not announce specific customers, investment commitments, data centre capacities or deployment timelines.
