Dubai-based proptech and mortgage platform Huspy has acquired LuxuryX, a luxury residential brokerage in the city, as it expands further into the UAE’s high-end property market.

LuxuryX was founded by Patrick Hayden and operates with a team of advisers focused on luxury homes. Under the deal, its team will join Huspy’s UAE operations, adding sector expertise and established relationships with clients, agents and investors.

The acquisition comes ahead of the planned launch of Huspy Signature, a new brand expected to offer a curated selection of luxury properties and investment opportunities across Huspy’s international markets. The service will combine specialist real estate advice with access to Huspy’s mortgage partners, targeting buyers, investors and high-net-worth property owners.

Huspy said its UAE brokerage network has grown 75% since January 2026. The company currently facilitates nearly $1B in monthly real estate transactions in the country and handles about 25% of residential mortgage transactions, according to the announcement.

The company is also investing in AI-based tools for property professionals, including listing management, lead tracking, property matching and market analysis. Huspy said the technology will support LuxuryX’s relationship-led approach while helping agents manage transactions more efficiently.

The deal follows strong activity in the UAE property market. Dubai recorded AED252B in transactions in the first quarter of 2026, while Abu Dhabi recorded AED117B during the first half of the year, according to the announcement.
