The game development studio of One Investment Group is preparing to launch a real estate simulation game modeled on Saudi Arabia’s property market.
The game will allow players to own virtual plots of land, apartments and villas, then rent or sell those assets based on market activity within the platform. According to the company, each player will receive an exclusive virtual property, with the game designed to reflect the Kingdom’s real estate landscape and local economic context.
Badr Al Ajmi, the group’s business development executive, told Al Eqtisadiah that the game aims to create a competitive experience that closely resembles the local property sector.
The project is part of the strategy of Ra’i Nazar, a platform affiliated with the Saudi Camel Club, to expand its digital games portfolio. The studio is also developing Snam 2, following the first game’s reported six million downloads, as well as Tamrah, which focuses on farming, date palms and date production. Another title will explore aspects of Saudi football culture.
All of the games are expected to be offered for free through Android and the App Store, with a focus on Saudi identity and locally inspired digital experiences.
