Oman’s Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, known as Riyada, has concluded a training program focused on creative leadership and building a culture of innovation in Musandam Governorate.
Held at the Oman Women’s Association in Khasab, the program brought together entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized business owners from the governorate. It covered creative leadership, innovation tools and strategies, managing creative teams, institutional innovation, emotional intelligence and sustaining business performance.
Participants also received an overview of Riyada’s services, incentives and support programs available to businesses at different stages of growth. The sessions highlighted initiatives aimed at strengthening SMEs in Musandam and helping entrepreneurs respond to changes in the business environment.
According to the announcement, the program forms part of Riyada’s efforts to develop entrepreneurial capabilities and support a more productive, innovative and sustainable SME sector in line with Oman Vision 2040. Certificates were presented to participants at the closing ceremony.
