Algeria Venture hosted the first edition of A-Venture Café on October 15, 2026, bringing together labelled startups and key players from Algeria’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Held as part of Algeria Venture’s 2026 Acceleration Program, the event gave startups an opportunity to engage with financing stakeholders, learn about available funding mechanisms and explore potential support for growth.
A panel focused on startup funding and financing, covering the roles of investment funds, corporate partnerships and alternative financing solutions. Speakers included Anys Rahabi, general manager of the Algerian Startup Fund; Mohamed Sellam, head of technology infrastructure at Djezzy; and Kheireddine Boulefa, founder of YINVESTI.
The event also created space for participants to exchange ideas, build connections and explore potential partnerships. According to the announcement, the first edition is intended to establish an ongoing forum for startups and ecosystem stakeholders to meet and collaborate.
