1 Min Read

The Dubai–Slemani Innovation Corridor has opened applications for startups from the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, offering mentorship and access to business connections in Dubai.

The programme is run by The Foundation Hub and DIFC Innovation Hub. Five to eight startups will be selected based on team strength, market relevance and growth potential.

Participants will move through a workshop and selection process, beginning with a hybrid workshop hosted at The Foundation Hub in Slemani. The programme aims to connect founders with mentors, corporate partners and potential UAE market opportunities.

Applications close on 30 October 2026. The programme materials also indicate that a limited number of startups may be invited to present in person during the second workshop day and potentially join the mentorship programme.
