The Small and Medium Enterprise Development Commission (SMEDC), in partnership with the Syrian Computer Society in Homs, has launched the “Masar” training program. This initiative is designed to support youth, small business owners, craftsmen, and home-based entrepreneurs in establishing, structuring, and developing their businesses.

Training and Incubation Program Overview
The “Masar” program aims to empower aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small business owners by transforming their ideas into economically viable and growing enterprises. The program is structured into three comprehensive phases: it begins with foundational basic training, progresses to specialized training for qualifying projects, and culminates in an incubation phase for startups that meet specific criteria. A total of 25 trainees will be selected for the initial phase based on approved screening and evaluation standards.
